1.1. Dribbling

Dribbling is a fundamental skill that every football player needs to practice. Players need to touch the ball lightly to maintain possession and move it forward. The proper way to dribble is to use the inside edge of the shoe on the foot to keep the ball away from opponents. In some situations, you may have to dribble with the outside of your foot.

When dribbling slowly, keep the ball close to your foot. But when you need to dribble faster, kick the ball ahead and run after it.

1.2. Passing

Passing is the skill of delivering the ball to a teammate accurately. Use the power of the moving foot to make contact with the ball. After practicing passing with accuracy, try spinning or curling the ball to make passes more interesting. To do this, lift the toe of the foot up while keeping the heel on the ground. If you want to pass to a teammate running ahead of you, kick the ball forward. To keep the ball close, use the inside of the foot and tilt it at an angle of around 45 degrees when kicking.

1.3. Shooting

To shoot, touch the ball at the center of the laces and point the toes down. Keep your foot pointed down until you finish the shot. Then, use the hips to follow through. If necessary, cross your leg over to generate more power. Both feet should be lifted off the ground at this point.
